您可以通过“订单”中“取消”页面上的不同选项卡来管理订单取消。这些选项卡按以下顺序排序：

1.全部：

2.回应：

买方按紧急程度排列，最接近最晚响应期限的请求。

3.已取消：

您可以在Shopee应用程序中以及“我的销售”页面下查看已取消的订单，该页面还按以下方式对您的取消请求进行排序：

Managing all order cancellations

Seller Centre

You can manage your order cancellations through the different tabs on the Cancellation page in Order. The tabs are sorted by:

1. All:

The All tab contains all the orders that have been cancelled regardless of the reason for cancellation.

2. To Respond:

The To Respond tab shows you all the orders that require your response due to cancellation requests by the

buyer in order of urgency, with the requests that are closest to the response deadline at the top.

3. Cancelled:

The Cancelled tab contains all the orders that have been processed for cancellation.

On Shopee App

You can view your cancelled orders in the Shopee App as well under the My Sales page, which also sorts your cancellation requests by:

1. All:
2. To Respond
3. Cancelled
