预计送达日期
我们为买家提供预计送达日期,以设定买家将收到其订单的预计日期。
当您向账户添加库存时,请告知亚马逊您处理库存中每件商品的订单所需的时间。
注意: 请务必不要将【处理时间】字段留空,因为在没有设置值的情况下,配送设置将默认填写 1-2 个工作日。
您使用的配送方法(美国邮政服务、FedEx 等等)还指定订单送达至买家的时间,这取决于您采用的配送速度。那么,总配送时间是您处理订单的时间(处理时间)加上配送服务将订单送达至买家所需的时间(运输时间)。
配送时间 = 处理时间 + 运输时间
注意: 对于“优先配送”设置,将不考虑处理时间,无论系统默认 1-2 天,还是您在系统中输入任何卖家设定的处理时间。到截止时间前收到的所有订单应在接收当日配送。
因此:配送时间 = 运输时间
EDD is the estimated date when the customer is expected to receive the order. We calculate this date based on how long it takes to ship the item (handling time) and how long it remains in transit.
It is important to enter accurate estimates for handling and transit times to help manage customer expectations.
Handling time or the leadtime-to-ship is the time between when the customer places the order and when you give it to the delivery service. There are two ways to provide this estimate.
Note: If you do not enter a value in the Handling time field, the Default Handling Time setting is automatically used. You can view your current default Handling Time setting in the General Shipping Settings tab of the Shipping Settings page.
Transit time is the time between when the delivery service gets the order and when the customer receives it. This is calculated based on the carriers (U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and so on) and the shipping rates you choose.
The actual delivery date is when the customer receives the order. The carrier will notify Amazon about the actual delivery date only if you provide a valid tracking number while confirming the order. You can see a list of integrated carriers that support tracking information.
